If you’re having trouble logging in, here are some solutions to help you get back into your account. 
 

Try resetting your password 

• If you log in using your PayPal account (most users do), you can reset your PayPal password and try logging in again.  
• If you don’t use your PayPal account to log in, reset your Xoom account password. Then, try to log in again.  

 

Confirm your email address 

If you haven’t already, confirm your email address. We sent you a confirmation email when you signed up for Xoom. Just follow the instructions in that email to confirm your email address.
