Resetting a Xoom password

If you aren’t able to access your account:

1. Go to Password Recovery
2. Enter the email address you used for your Xoom account
3. Follow the instructions you receive via email to reset your password

If you already have access to your account:

1. Go to My Account
2. Select Password under My Profile

Payment method verification

When you reset your Xoom password, we’ll ask you to verify one of your payment methods linked to your account.

You can choose to skip this verification, but doing so removes all payment methods and contact information from your Xoom account. Don’t worry, you can always add them back in later.

This extra level of security ensures that only you can use your previous payment sources after you reset your password.
