You can typically cancel a transaction if the money has not yet reached your recipient. As most reload and bill payments are completed within minutes, you usually can’t cancel these types of transactions once they’re authorized.
To cancel a transaction:
- Open your Activity List
- Select the transaction you wish to cancel
- Click the Cancel icon and confirm the action on the pop-up window
The Cancel icon will not appear if that transaction is already completed or if we can’t reverse the funds. In this case, you’ll receive a confirmation of the completed transaction via email.
