Some of our pre-paid mobile reload transactions require a PIN code to complete the reload process. After paying for your reload, a PIN code and activation instructions will be sent to the phone number you reloaded via SMS. This PIN will need to be entered on the phone to activate the reload.

Tips before reloading

Double-check that the phone number you’re about to reload is the correct one.
Make sure the phone is turned on and has a good network connection.
The PIN code typically arrives within minutes via SMS.

How can I use the PIN code?
