Cash Pickup is available in Dominican pesos or U.S. dollars. 

Identification requirements

To pick up cash, your recipient will need to have the following information on hand:

1. Xoom transaction number
2. Passport or a Dominican Republic CI (cédula de identidad)

Foreigners will need to present:

1. Xoom transaction number
2. Passport

Payout limits

Some partners have lower payout limits than Xoom’s transaction limit. Here’s how much your recipient can pick up at the following locations:

• BanReservas – 3,000 USD per recipient, per calendar month
• Banco del Progreso – 999 USD per transaction
