Identification Requirements
To pick up cash, recipients will need to have the following info on hand:

1. Xoom tracking Number
2. Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) card or driver's license
3. One valid ID: 

• Driver's License
• Passport
• National ID

If picking up more 200,000 Jamaican dollars at RME, recipients will also need to show:

• Proof of address or an additional ID 

A TRN isn’t required if your recipient is a:

• Minor (under 18) 
• Citizen of another country
