To pick up money, your contact needs to provide a transaction number alongside a valid photo ID at the pickup location.

In Brazil, the following documents are accepted to pick up money:

• National Identity (Carteira de Identidade-RG with CPF)
• Driver’s license with photo
• Registro nacional de estrangeiros (RNE)
• Passport

Enter all information carefully when sending a transaction. If what you provide us doesn’t match your contact’s ID, they’ll be unable to get the money.

Additional information to consider before sending cash for your contact to pick up at a partner’s location in Brazil:

• Money will be available for pickup in Brazilian Reais (BRL), usually within minutes.
• Cash pickup is only available in Minas Gerais at Cooperativa de Crédito SICOOB locations.
