To pick up money, your contact needs to provide a transaction number alongside a valid photo ID at the pickup location.
In Bolivia, the following documents are accepted:
- DNI (Documento Nacional de Identidad)
- Driver License
- Passport
- Enrollment Military Document (Libreta de Registro Militar)
- National ID from country of origin, for foreigners and legal residents.
Enter all information carefully when sending a transaction. If what you provide us doesn’t match your contact’s ID, they’ll not be able to get the money.
Additional information to consider before sending cash for your contact to pick up at a partner’s location in Bolivia:
- Money may be available for pickup in Bolivianos (BOB), or US Dollars (USD), usually within hours.
- Pickup is available at MORE Money Transfer locations, including Banco FIE, Ecofuturo FFP and Banco Económico, or at any Banco Mercantil or Banco Bisa branch.
