To pick up money, your contact needs to provide a transaction number alongside a valid photo ID at the pickup location.

In Bolivia, the following documents are accepted:

• DNI (Documento Nacional de Identidad)
• Driver License
• Passport
• Enrollment Military Document (Libreta de Registro Militar)
• National ID from country of origin, for foreigners and legal residents.

Enter all information carefully when sending a transaction. If what you provide us doesn’t match your contact’s ID, they’ll not be able to get the money.
