How to send money to OXXO for cash pickup
- Log in and go to Send Money
- Choose your contact or add a new contact
- Enter the amount you want to send
- Choose Cash Pickup
- Choose your payment option
- Select OXXO from the list of cash pickup networks and then continue to payment
How will my recipient pick up the cash?To receive the money you sent to OXXO, your recipient must
- Fill out a form and provide the Xoom Transaction Number
- Present valid photo ID to the OXXO teller
The teller will then confirm the Xoom Tracking Number, verify your recipient’s I.D., pay out the transfer, and provide a receipt.
Important: The name on your recipient’s I.D. must match the name provided for the transaction.
How much money can I send to OXXO for cash pickup?You can send up to 100 USD in a single transaction.
How much money can my recipient be paid out from OXXO?The maximum amount that can be paid out at an OXXO in a single transaction is 2,000 MXN.
