On Xoom, fees vary depending on: 

• Transaction type 
• Your payment method and what currency you pay with   
• The amount of the transaction 
• Which country the transaction is going to  
• Which currency you select for the other person to receive  

Here’s how to check the fees when sending money for cash pickup or home delivery, to a bank account, debit card, or mobile wallet: 

1. Open the Fee Calculator 
2. Choose Send Money, at the top of the page 
3. Pick a destination country 
4. Enter the amount you want to send 
5. Click Show Fees to check the fees for each payment method 

When you reload mobile phones or pay international bills, you can check the fees on the Review screen, right before confirming a transaction. 

Xoom’s exchange rates 

If your transaction involves converting your payment currency into a different currency, we’ll display our exchange rate to you. Our exchange rate includes a currency conversion spread. 
 
All currencies will be converted at the exchange rate displayed at the time of the transaction. Xoom’s exchange rates change regularly based on financial markets or the rates provided by Xoom’s local partners.   

PayPal USD (PYUSD)

Xoom does not charge any transfer fees for transactions funded using PayPal's stablecoin, PYUSD. Learn more about PYUSD.
 

Cash advance fee 

When you pay for any Xoom service using a credit card, your card issuer may charge a cash advance fee in addition to Xoom’s transaction fee.
