The Xoom app lets you send money, reload phones, and pay bills faster from your iOS or Android mobile device. You can also check on the status of your transactions wherever you go using your phone.
 

1. Download the Xoom app from the App Store or Google Play
2. Open the app and log in (or sign up for a new account)
3. Select your destination country
4. Choose whether you want to send money, reload phones, or pay bills

Tip
Enable push notifications if you want to receive transaction status updates by text.


Send it again faster

Sending money again to the same person? Reloading your mom’s phone every month? Xoom can securely save the details of your transactions and preload that information the next time you want to send money or reload airtime for the same contact.
 

1. Tap ‘contacts’ for a list of your recent contacts
2. Tap the type of transaction you want to send again beneath your contact’s name
3. Change the amount or payment options, if necessary
4. Slide to Send

Tracking transactions on the go

The Xoom app can automatically text you status updates, as long as you enable push notifications and tap the ‘Get Text Updates’ button after confirming a transaction.

You can also check the status of all your transactions any time by tapping ‘Activity’ and selecting a transaction from the list.
