Sometimes we can speed up a transfer once you verify the exact amount of that transaction with your bank (which will be slightly less than the original transfer amount) and then tell us that amount under the transfer details. That way, we know it’s your bank account that you are sending from, and your transfer should be processed faster.

Here’s how to find the charge on your bank statement:

1. Log into your bank’s mobile app or website.
2. Go to your recent transactions.
3. Look for your transaction, which will be slightly less than the original transfer amount.
4. Go back to your transfer details and enter the exact value under the Charged amount box.
