If the User Agreement you accepted was effective as of November 12, 2020 or later, your Opt-Out Notice must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the date you accept the Xoom User Agreement for the first time. If the User Agreement you first accepted was effective before November 12, 2020, your Opt-Out Notice must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the effective date of the Agreement to Arbitrate as provided in the amended Xoom User Agreement that became effective on November 12, 2020.
